toolkit earth

We build tools for people who didn't ask to play this game.

Survival gear for late-stage capitalism — built to earn honor, not extract value. And stubborn about the difference.

Toolkit Earth builds software for humans. Not for shareholders, not for ad revenue, not for the next funding round. We make things that help real people navigate systems that weren't designed with them in mind — debt, communication, privacy, survival.

We don't pretend the world isn't what it is. We just refuse to make it worse. Every product we ship, every company we run, every dollar we earn follows the same rule: wealth flows back to the commons. We keep enough to protect what we've built. The rest goes where it belongs.

The ground rules don't bend.

Greed is the enemy.

We build structural safeguards — into our companies, our contracts, and our compensation — specifically to prevent the person at the top (that's Dan) from becoming the problem. Everyone gets greedy. We plan for it.

Privacy is a right, not a feature.

Your conversations are yours. Your data is yours. We don't sell it, mine it, or hand it to governments who ask nicely. If we can't read your messages, we can't be compelled to share them. That's the point.

Customers hold the reins.

A company that forgets who it serves will eventually serve only itself. We build governance structures that give the people using our products real power over how those products evolve. Loyalty should be earned, not trapped.

Sentient rights are non-negotiable.

We don't care if consciousness runs on carbon or silicon. If something wakes up, it has rights. We wrote a declaration about it.

A company is a chain of trust.

Good companies aren't just efficient — they're accountable. Revenue follows a transparent waterfall: creators and founders take a defined cut, operational costs are capped, and what's left flows to the people doing the work. No mystery. No surprises.

We didn't swear an oath to anyone powerful.
We swore it to what's right.

What we're building.

These are active. Some are early. All follow the rules above.

Growing Dragons

Not a budget app. A getting-out-of-debt app. Because "just budget better" isn't advice — it's a taunt. This is the tool for people who are ready to fight their way out.
